Betty is the sister of Lou Ann Boone of South Bloomfield.
We will be presenting the quilt to Lou Ann at the picnic on September 13th at the village park.

With Katie Dum holding the basket, Mayor Chuck Wise chose the winning raffle ticket for "Ohio's Traffic Light Star" being held by Bonnie Myers, it's creator. The winner is Betty Carstens of Invernes, Florida. She is the sister of Lou Ann Boone of Ashville. Congratulations Betty!! Original Design by Bonnie (Brown) Myers Ohio's Traffic Light Star The 60" X 72" Ohio Traffic Light Star quilt is made up of twenty navy blue Ohio stars on a white background. In the center of each star is a copy of the Ashville Traffic Light. The backing is navy blue with small white stars and crescent moons.
